For one of my direct relations we are looking for Inside Sales Associate at Facebook

Location: Dublin

Facebook is seeking an Inside Sales Associate to sell Facebook’s advertising solutions to large Dutch online advertisers. The ideal candidate will have experience selling cross-network online marketing solutions such as integrated sponsorships or display advertising. This is a unique opportunity to be part of a rapidly growing team, critical to Facebook’s growth. This position is located in Dublin, Ireland.

Responsibilities
• Build relationships through telephone calls with key decision makers from agreed client list which Facebook currently has little or no relationship with;
• Your key role will be to convince these clients to advertise with Facebook through telephone and emailed proposals;
• Upsell existing self service customers;
• Prospect and penetrate large organizations to obtain branded advertising;
• Assist in creating persuasive sales presentations using market trends, case studies and Facebook network solutions;
• Analyze campaign performance statistics and recommend optimized media solutions for new and existing clients;
• Ensure that our clients receive the highest level of sales and operational customer service;
• Prioritize and deliver timely, high quality work;
• Reporting into the head of Inside Sales;
• The success of this role will be based against exceeding sales, pricing and yield goals

Requirements
• 3-5years of Media Sales experience
• Excellent communication skills in Dutch and English;
• Relationships with top marketing decision makers at traditional companies and agencies;
• Proven track record of reaching and exceeding media/advertising sales revenue goals;
• Knowledge of social media, reseller channels and vertical markets a plus;
• Demonstrated ability to perform well in a highly dynamic, rapidly changing environment;
• Understand user behavior and how technology works and the ability to explain each in ordinary terms;
• Excellent communication skills – both written and oral;
• Ability to get things done in challenging start up environment;
• Great team player;
