In April 2012 when I started working for Eneco and Guido also just started his project there. At that moment the online channel was very underdeveloped, there was no dedicated online salesteam, the processes weren’t aligned and there was limited internal awareness for the online channel.
Now almost 1 year later I can say that I have never seen a corporate organization move so fast and decisive as Eneco did and Guido was one of the main drivers in this process. He hired some great people, connected the right people inside and built a total online team almost from scratch.
